Terms of Service

Welcome to CyberHubAware. These terms of service govern your access to and use of our IT security and digital literacy training courses. They are effective as of 1 January 2025.

1. Enrollment and Access

By enrolling in any of our training courses, you agree to comply with these terms. Course access is granted upon successful enrollment and full payment.

2. Payments

All payments for services, digital materials, and physical items must be completed through our secure platform using the methods provided during checkout.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Training Services

If you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled start date, you may cancel or transfer your enrollment without extra charges. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund due to resource allocation and instructor scheduling.

3.2 Digital Products

Digital materials, including e-books, video lessons, and downloadable resources, become available immediately after purchase. As access is granted instantly, purchases of digital products are final and are not eligible for a refund. In case of defective files or access issues, please contact support for a replacement copy.

3.3 Physical Goods

Physical items such as printed manuals or branded merchandise may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in unused condition and in original packaging. Approved refunds will be issued as credits to your original payment channel within 14 days of receipt of the sent-back item.

4. Rescheduling and Transfers

Requests to reschedule a training session are accepted up to 7 days before the session begins, subject to availability. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 3 months of the original date. Transfer requests submitted later may incur an administrative fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberHubAware’s total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or item.
